Stand & Deliver is a preaching workshop for Bible teachers.

If you are a preacher, a Sunday School teacher, Scripture teacher, a chaplain, a bible study leader, a youth group leader or someone who does Kid's talks at your church - then this day is for you!

We're going to spend the day together, not only hearing about how to teach the Bible to others, but we will also have the Bible taught to us.

It's going to be a practical, hands-on day: 10am-4pm Saturday 4 September

We have two great bible teachers coming along: Phil Campbell and Luke Tattersall. They will show us how they do what they do. We'll be learning from them about preparing and communicating God's Word to others.

To get the most out of the day - we want you to start working now on Ezekiel 1-3.

Do some reading on it, prepare the passage for teaching. You might like to write a talk, prepare an outline, or you could just make some notes on how you might explain it.

Mike will start the day by giving us his talk on that passage. We'll then hear how it could have been done differently. Phil will explain how we can all be better communicators. And Luke will help us get a handle on Ezekiel as a whole. Expect some helpful tools for working with any passage, not just Ezekiel.
